Nature of our service
GetSmart Injury Network is a marketing and intake service, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Participating law firms are independent and pay GetSmart for advertising and intake services. You are free to choose any attorney.
Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship with GetSmart, and nothing here is legal advice or a case evaluation. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. If you request it, we connect you with an independent participating law firm; any attorney-client relationship is formed only between you and that firm if you both agree to it.
Independent firms; your choice
Participating law firms are independent businesses. They pay GetSmart for advertising and intake services. A participating firm is simply the one available for your area; you are always free to choose any attorney.
Messaging (SMS) terms
Program: GetSmart Injury Network intake, appointment, and consultation messaging.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive text messages from us.
By providing your phone number and checking a consent box (on our contact form or intake form), you agree to receive text messages from GetSmart Injury Network, including via automated technology. Two types of messages are covered:
- Marketing messages: free information and resources after an accident, and offers of a free consultation.
- Non-marketing messages: updates about your request, appointment reminders, and consultation confirmations.
Cancelling. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 877-310-0002. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or 877-310-0002.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, and message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Your mobile opt-in data is never shared or sold. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

- “GetSmart Injury Network: Here’s some free info many people find helpful after an accident: getsmartinjury.com/faq/. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- “GetSmart Injury Network: A reminder that your free consultation with our team is tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Acceptable use
Use the site for its intended purpose: general information and, if you choose, a connection to a participating law firm. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information that is not yours to share.
Intellectual property
The content on this site is owned by or licensed to GetSmart Injury Network and is provided for your personal, informational use.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetSmart Injury Network is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any independent firm you choose to work with.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
